How long will it take to receive my order?
Express tracked deliveries: within 2-5 business days from shipping
Standard tracked deliveries: within 2-10 business days from shipping
Free tracked deliveries: within 2-10 business days from shipping
Notes:
- Allow up to 72hrs for order processing
- No shipping on weekends and public holidays
Can I track my order?
We’ll send you an email when your order has been shipped, including the name of the delivery agent and a tracking number.
What if there’s a problem?
We hope that never happens but we also know life can be tricky and things beyond our control can go wrong.
If there’s a problem, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
